Where We Ship From
Every piece is carefully prepared and packed at our atelier in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and shipped directly to you.
Complimentary Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders — both within Argentina and to all international destinations available at checkout.
International Shipping — DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
All international orders are shipped via FedEx. Alejandra Riva ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis: import duties, taxes, and customs fees are covered by us, so you will receive your order with no additional charges upon delivery.
Packaging
Each piece is thoughtfully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, reflecting the care and craftsmanship that goes into every creation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number when available, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.
Processing Time
For pieces available for immediate dispatch, orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our atelier in Buenos Aires. For made-to-order and bespoke pieces, production and dispatch timelines are agreed individually with each client prior to order confirmation.
